We built The Resellers Bookkeeper because we couldn't find a bookkeeper who truly understood the world of online reselling. So we became one.
Where we come from
Over a Decade in E-Commerce & Finance
We didn't come to e-commerce bookkeeping from a traditional accounting practice background. We came from directly from inside businesses - selling - listing products, running live shows, packing orders, dealing with returns, watching platform fees eat into margins we thought were healthy.
After more than a decade in online selling across eBay, Whatnot, Vinted, Amazon and more, we understood something most bookkeepers and accountants don't: the financial complexity of running a multi-platform reselling business is genuinely different from any other kind of small business.
Platform payouts don't match your bank statement. Fees are buried in reports most sellers never read. Income from gifts, coins, and affiliate commissions sits in a grey area that most accountants wave away. We knew there had to be a better way - so we trained, qualified, and built the practice we wished had existed when we were selling.
Today, The Reseller's Bookkeeper is working under a fully ICB-licensed practice dedicated to online sellers. We bring real-world experience to every client engagement - not just technical knowledge, but genuine understanding of what it's like to run your business.
